Abbfab Services Ltd. offer pipework fabrication solutions in a variety of materials, including stainless steels, carbon steels, cupro-nickel, duplex, super duplex and various grades of plastics.
With twenty-five years experience of pipework fabrication and construction, we have a team of professional, experienced operatives who ensure that your projects are delivered on budget and on time.
Abbfab Services are committed to delivering quality products, fabricated to the highest possible standards and conforming to internationally recognised standards, including ASME B31.3, BS EN 13480-4 and BS 4515-1. All our welders are coded in accordance with ASME or EN standards. All fabrication and installation work is subject to the quality assurance procedures in compliance with the conditions of our ISO9001 registration and when appropriate CE marking to 2014/68/EU (the Pressure Equipment Directive).
Abbfab Services fabricate process and service pipework off site in our workshop and when required complete the installation on site, thus minimising disruption to clients' sites, we are also able to remove existing installations prior to the installation of newly fabricated pipework.
On completion, we offer a variety of surface treatments to protect pipework, for example hot dip galvanising, conventional paint systems or fusion bonded epoxy coating, such as 3M™ Scotchkote™ pipeline coating, all in accordance with clients' specifications.
